General Information

Important – you should read these Terms and Conditions carefully before completing registration with Market Right Side (www.marketrightside.com). By clicking ‘accept’ of ‘I agree’ or ‘next’ as the case may be, and therefore registering and/or using the our services, you confirm and acknowledge that you have read these terms of use and end user license agreement, that you understand its content, and that you agree to be bound by all of its terms and conditions. If you do not agree to any or all of the terms and conditions set forth in this agreement, do not access nor use this website.

 

Purchasing Process

If you wish to purchase any service made available through the Market Right Side service , you may be asked to supply certain information relevant to your Purchase including, without limitation, your credit card number, the expiration date of your credit card, your billing address, and your shipping information.

You represent and warrant that: (i) you have the legal right to use any credit card(s) or other payment method(s) in connection with any Purchase; and that (ii) the information you supply to us is true, correct and complete.

The website will employ the use of third party services(Debit/Credit Cards and Wallets- Powered by Stripe) for the purpose of facilitating payment and the completion of Purchases. By submitting your information, you grant us the right to provide the information to these third parties subject to our Privacy Policy.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel your order at any time for reasons including but not limited to: product or service availability, errors in the description or price of the product or service, error in your order or other reasons.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel your order if fraud or an unauthorised or illegal transaction is suspected.

 

Subscriptions

All the Services in Market Right Side are billed on a subscription basis (“Subscription(s)”). You will be billed in advance on a recurring and periodic basis (“Billing Cycle”). Billing cycles are set either on a monthly, quarterly, bi-annual or annual basis, depending on the type of subscription plan you select when purchasing a Subscription.

At the end of each Billing Cycle, your Subscription will automatically renew under the exact same conditions unless you cancel it or Market Right Side cancels it. You may cancel your Subscription renewal by contacting Market Right Side customer support team or sending email to [email protected] 24 hour prior to the subscription renewal. A valid payment method, including Credit card or Debit card, is required to process the payment for your Subscription. So you will provide Stripe with accurate and complete billing information including full name, address, state, zip code, telephone number, and a valid payment method information. By submitting such payment information, you automatically authorise Stripe to charge all Subscription fees incurred through your account to any such payment instruments.

3 Day Trial

Market Right Side may, at its sole discretion, offer a Subscription with a 3 day trial for $4.99 (“3 Day Trial”) web and Android version but for iOS it's free. You are required to enter your Credit/Debit Card or Wallets(PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay) information in order to sign up for the 3 Day Trial and you will have access to Universal Plan with 80+ instruments.

If you do enter your billing information when signing up for the 3 day Trial, you will be charged $4.99 as Setup Fees for the 3 Day Trial by Market Right Side. On the last day of the 3 Day Trial period, unless you cancel your Subscription or update your Plan & Subscription to Basic or Advanced, you will be automatically charged the applicable monthly Subscription fees for Universal Plan.

3 Day Trial is only allowed once per client. The Service has a content protection system that detects the IP address, name, email address, and billing information to identify whether the trial application is a new or repeat trial. Any repeat trial will be automatically cancelled.

At any time and without notice, Market Right Side reserves the right to (i) modify the terms and conditions of the 3 Day Trial offer (ii) increase or decrease the number of trial days, or (iii) cancel 3 Day Trial offer.

 

Account Delete

To delete any account with Market Right Side using mobile app, you'll have to cancel the running membership/subscription manually first otherwise your memebership/subscription may not cancel automatically.

 

Fee Changes

Market Right Side, in its sole discretion and at any time, may modify the Subscription fees for the Subscriptions. Any Subscription fee change will become effective at the end of the then-current Billing Cycle.

Market Right Side will provide you with a 4 weeks notice through the email registered to your membership account for any change in Subscription fees to give you an opportunity to terminate your Subscription before such change becomes effective.

Your continued use of the Service after the Subscription fee change comes into effect constitutes your agreement to pay the modified Subscription fee amount.
 

Refunds

Except when required by law, paid Subscription fees are non-refundable.

 

Affiliate Program

We are happy to announce that Market Right Side introduces a way to earn money by joining Affiliate Program! With our program, you can earn up to 15% of your commission after someone purchase from your referral link.

For example - a user purchases a 1-year Basic Plan from our website using your referral link which is for $240 then you will earn $36 for each sale that you made.

There is no limit on how much you can earn and the best thing is our cookies last 30 days! This means when a user clicks the link then if they purchase between 30 days they will get earn the same commission.

The minimal balance that you can withdraw from our Affiliate Program is $100 and there is no specific date and maximum to withdraw. You can ask for withdrawal at any time you see fit.

You can withdraw your money through different methods including PayPal & even Bank Transfer.

 

How does Market Right Side Affiliate Program Work?

Our Affiliate Program is very simple and we don’t have a lot of requirements to join our program. Here is a quick overview guide on how our program works and how you can make handsome money!

1. First, you need to Sign Up for our Program and then you will get a unique referral link that can be shared with your audience.
2. Copy that Referral Link and share it through Email, Website, Facebook Group, or any way possible and invite them to purchase a Market Right Side subscription.
3. Once a user purchases from that referral link, you will earn a 15% commission on every sale you made. This will be added automatically to your account after payment is successful from the user’s end.
4. When your credits reach $100 you can ask for a withdrawal at any time or any day you want! We will send you payment through PayPal and Bank.

 

Accounts

When you create an account with Market Right Side, you guarantee that you are above the age of 18 and you’re not a citizen from USA, and that the information you provide us is accurate, complete, and current at all times. Inaccurate, incomplete, or obsolete information may result in the immediate termination of your account on the Service.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password, including but not limited to the restriction of access to your computer and/or account. You agree to accept responsibility for any and all activities or actions that occur under your account and/or password, whether your password is with our Service or a third-party service. You must notify us immediately upon becoming aware of any breach of security or unauthorised use of your account.

You must not use other people’s email that you don’t belong, must not use as a name or trademark that is subject to any rights of another person or entity other than you, without appropriate authorisation. You may not use as a name that is offensive, vulgar or obscene.

We reserve the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, remove or edit content, or cancel orders and members in our sole discretion.

 

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever and without limitation, including but not limited to a breach of the Terms.

If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply discontinue using the Service.

All provisions of the Terms which by their nature shall survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity and limitations of liability.

 

Changes

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. By continuing to access or use our Service after any revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, you are no longer authorised to use the Service.
